Coaching Philosophy

Here at Action All-Star Cheer, we believe our tremendous growth is due to our unique coaching philosophy. We feel that it's necessary to have a positive approach and to be supportive. We stress not only the importance of skill and technique but also S.P.I.R.I.T. (Self-esteem, Positive attitude, Integrity, Responsibility, Intelligence and Team work). We truly believe that by focusing on S.P.I.R.I.T. we are able to not only produce excellent athletes but to assist them in improving all aspects of their lives. All of our coaches follow these guidelines and produce the amazing teams we have today.
